You don't have to carry this alone. Whatever you're facing — a health crisis, a broken relationship, a financial storm, something you can't even put into words yet — there is a team of prayer warriors ready to stand in agreement with you.
Online prayer requests are welcome from anywhere in the world. You don't need to live in Charlotte or belong to a group to ask for prayer.
Your request goes straight to our prayer team, who pray over every request as they receive it. We can't promise someone is available at every hour, so if you are in danger or crisis, call 911 or 988 in the US, or your local emergency number. And every Wednesday at 6AM, your request can be prayed over live on our call — anonymously, with hundreds of people agreeing together.

The 6AM Prayer Call is the most accessible group in Stolen Lunches. You don't have to go anywhere. You don't have to get dressed. You just have to call in.
Every Wednesday morning at 6AM, the call opens with a short devotion — something to start the day with purpose instead of anxiety. Then prayer requests are opened. You can share what you're carrying, or just listen to others being carried.
People call in from their kitchens, their cars, their commutes. Some weeks you're the one sharing. Some weeks you need to hear someone else's story. Both weeks are the right week to call.
